Nominations and Elections
Board elections are held on an annual basis in conjunction with the October Annual General Meeting. Board terms are for one year and in order to serve on the PASC board of directors, one must be a PASC member in good standing. The board must consist of a minimum of eight board members up to a maximum of twelve board members, and board member terms are for one year. A call for nominations is circulated to the membership in May, prior to the election meeting. In the event that more nominations are received than board positions available, an election will be held. Otherwise, the board is declared elected by acclamation.
